What we collect

When you request your results, you give us your name, work email and company name. These are sent to BreachRx’s HubSpot account so we can email your report and follow up about CIRM readiness.

Your answers

Your assessment answers are not stored in a database. They are kept in your browser while you answer, then encoded into a signed results link that only you receive. The signature stops anyone from changing the answers in the link.

How results are produced

Scoring and the 90-day plan come from fixed rules. Your answers are not sent to AI models.

Exports

PDF, PowerPoint and CSV files are generated when you request them and downloaded straight to your device. They are not stored on our servers.

Your report link

Anyone with your results link can view that report, so share it only with people you trust. Links expire after one year.
